We want you to love your SKNY experience. If something isn’t right, our return policy is designed to make the process clear and fair.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition, in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made on stephenknoll.com. Products purchased from third-party retailers or websites cannot be returned to us.
Certain items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items
Downloadable software or digital products
Health, personal care, or sanitary items (for hygiene and safety reasons)
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned beyond the 30-day window.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at orders@stephenknoll.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Email orders@stephenknoll.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return shipping label is provided, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original method of payment.
Please allow processing time by your bank or credit card provider, which may vary.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once your refund is approved.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund directly to the gift giver.
